How sending works
What happens between clicking Send now and the message appearing on a customer's phone.
Deep IQ sends approved WhatsApp templates to the recipients you choose and tracks each recipient on the job page.
When you click Send now:
1. We check your credit balance.
2. We confirm the send fits your organization's daily message cap.
3. We queue each recipient.
4. Delivery starts shortly after the job is created.
5. Sent, delivered, read, and failed states update as delivery reports arrive.
A credit is charged only when a message is handed to WhatsApp. If the provider rejects the send immediately, or later reports that the sent message failed, Deep IQ returns the credit automatically and records the refund in your ledger.
